This dialog is for communication between operators within the same CCS account group.
Chat between operators can easily started by double-click on a specific operator from the operator list.
Input Textbox
To send a text message, simply type your message in the Input Textbox and press Enter (or click Send).

Close on Send
Check this checkbox if you want the dialog to close (NOT the end of chat session, other operator can still send message to you) automatically after each send. Otherwise, you can choose to close it by clicking the window's "X" button on the top right corner whenever you like to.
