A visitor clicks on the Chat Button to accept a chat request. The status of the visitor in the visitor's list will be changed to Requesting pending for the operator to accept the chat.Close Button

Obtain a Print Friendly version of the chat transcript by clicking on the "printer" icon on the quick menu within the chat window.
Email a copy of the chat transcript by clicking on the "email" icon on the quick menu within the chat window.

The main chat window is what the visitor sees when a chat session is started. The visitor is greeted with the Waiting Text Message while the system is connecting. Once the connection is established, the Connected Text Message is displayed. Finally, the Disconnected Text Message is displayed when the chat session is ended by either party.Send Button
The Waiting Text, Connected Text and Disconnected Text can be modified to your own personal greeting text or language. See Administration -> Layout Customization -> Messages for how to change your personal greeting text.
You can also customize the font colour on the Visitor Chat Window. See Administration -> Layout Customization -> Chat Layout.
A visitor types a message in the Input Textbox at the bottom of the Chat Window and click the Send Button to send the message.
