NOTE: Only operators with administrator level of that specific CCS account have the right to access and change these values.
   
From the Menu Bar, Select Admin -> Manage Account, then Departments Tab.

Close Window
Close Account Management Window. [ TOP ]
Department List
Department List shows the list of departments currently existing for this account. Each account can have up to 3 departments. Each department is associated with a department number.

This department number is used for targeting a chat button with a specfic department. [ TOP ]
Renaming a department
To rename a department, select the old department name in the dropdown listbox. Enter the new department name in the textbox below and click Apply.

Click Yes at the confirmation dialog box to confirm the change or click No to return to the Department List. Restart the CCS Operator to view the changes. [ TOP ]
