Most messages showed in the CCS visitor chat window can be modified to personal greeting text by editing the text in the textboxes accordingly.Restore Default Layout
Chat Request Text : Show in Request Chat Window.
Connecting Text : Will first show in Main Chat Window.
Holding / Waiting Text : Show in Main Chat Window, if not connected to an operator after specificed interval (in seconds).
Connected Text : Show in Main Chat Window, when connected to an operator.
Disconnected Text : Show in Main Chat Window, when disconnected to an operator.
In case you want to restore to our company default layout, click Restore Default Layout.Export / Import (on CCS Layout file)
Caution: All the values (except No Operator Action section) will be erase and then restore to default values.
As of V5.8, you can easily backup / restore your customized CCS layout setting to / form CCS Layout filePreview
Tips: It is good for administration or migration (from trial -> ultra) purpose.
To preview the modifications made before applying, click Preview.Apply
To apply all the changes, click Apply.
