Others Configuration / Queue System | Chat Logging


NOTE: Only operators with administrator level of that specific CCS account have the right to access and change these values.
   
From the Menu Bar, Select Admin -> Manage Account, then Others Tab.

Queue System
Enable or disable the queueing system on this specific CCS account. Our queueing system(logic) is good for distributing chat request "fairly" amount multiple online operators. [ TOP ]

Chat Logging
Enable or disable the chat logging feature on this specific CCS account. When enabled, those chat scripts will be saved in our reporting system. (Please refer to Go to Report page for more information) [ TOP ]
