Layout Customization - Pre-Chat (Admin Only)

Pre-Chat


NOTE: Only operators with administrator level of that specific CCS account have the right to access and change these values.
   
From the Menu Bar, Select Admin -> Manage Account, then Layout Tab, then Pre-Chat Tab.

Pre-Chat Window
The Pre-Chat window can be enable or disable in this administrator window. Simply check or uncheck the Enable Pre-Chat Window box to enable or disable respectively.

Banner Image / Name Text / Question Text
Banner Image, Name Text and Question Text in the Pre-Chat window can be customized accordingly in this section.

Similar to the Visitor Main Chat Window's banner, recommended size for Banner Image is 380 x 50 pixels. [ TOP ]
Restore Default Layout
In case you want to restore to our company default layout, click Restore Default Layout.
Caution: All the values (except No Operator Action section) will be erase and then restore to default values. [ TOP ]
Export / Import (on CCS Layout file)
As of V5.8, you can easily backup / restore your customized CCS layout setting to / form CCS Layout file
Tips: It is good for administration or migration (from trial -> ultra) purpose. [ TOP ]
Preview
To preview the modifications made before applying, click Preview. [ TOP ]
Apply
To apply all the changes, click Apply. [ TOP ]
