Here the Login ID of the operator is displayed in the format of Operator ID @ Account Name [Department].

Screen Name is the name that will be display on the Chat Window during a Chat Session. To change the Department or Screen Name of an operator, see Administration -> Operator Management.

Display the number of operators that are currently using the CCS Operator*. It is in the format of ( Num of Operator Online / Num of Operator Login )

ID is an unique ID that given to the operator by the server for identification

Operator Screen Name is the display name (screen name) of the other operator(s).

Department is the department that the operator is in.

Status displays the current status of the other operator(s). It can either be Online or Away. If the other operator is Offline, it will disappear from the Operator's List.

To chat with an operator(except with yourself which is sightly grey out) in your list, double-click on the operator and a chat window will appear. See Op-Op Chat for more detail.

Displays the current status of the operator. Click on the Status Button to change the current status.
