Notification Options
There are three different types of notification. They are notification for Incoming Visitor, Request Chat and Message Receive.
Select the type on which you like to modify its notification options from the first drop down box.
Select the checkboxes to enable any of the notifications. The dropdown listboxes on the right indicates choices for your notifications. To play the notifications, click on the ">" button.

To customize your sound notification for Incoming Visitor, rename your .wav file to online.wav and put in the default CCS directory. Make sure online.wav is selected in the dropdown listbox.

There are three different kinds of notification for Request Chat event. They are Sound, Popup and Flashing Taskbar Icon. For each of them, a different condition, such as ALL, Same department or Assigned can be set to suit your needes.

To customize your sound notification for Request Chat, rename your .wav file to request.wav and put in the default CCS directory. Make sure request.wav is selected in the dropdown listbox.
Check the Recur checkbox if you would like the customized (request.wav) sound file to play recursively (repeatedly) on chat request.

To customize your sound notification for Message Receive, rename your .wav file to receive.wav and put in the default CCS directory. Make sure receive.wav is selected in the dropdown listbox.

Interface Options
Check the Resolve IP checkbox if you would like to display the Resolved IP in the Visitor's List.
Check the Show Full Path checkbox if you would like to display the full URL that the visitor is browsing in the Visitor's List.
Check the Show Info Panel checkbox if you would like to display the floating info panel. See also Info Panel for more information.
Check the Show Track Window if you would like the Track Window to be displayed when the CCS Operator is Minimized or as Always. See also Track Window for more information.

Save Chat Scripts Options
Chat Scripts can be saved at the end of each chat session. By selecting Auto, all chat sessions will be saved while selecting Prompt will allow the operator to save the chat scripts only when it is desired.
If you do not wish to save any chat scripts, select Never. All saved chat scripts will be stored in the default CCS directory.

Default CCS Directory
All .wav files for your notifications and saved chat scripts are stored in the default CCS directory. The default CCS directory can be change by enter the directory path in the textbox.

Inactivity Action
Specify the idle time (in minutes) period for the CCS Operator to auto switch to "Away" mode. 0 to disable. Valid time value must be larger than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 60
