Canned Msg List shows a list of frequently used messages. To delete a canned message, select a message from the list and click DEL button. Use the up or down arrow button for moving selected message up or down respectively. Double-click on the selected message to receive its content in the input box for modification.

To add a new canned message, enter the message in the New Message textbox and click Insert. For information on how to send a canned message, see Visitor Chat Window -> Operator Side.
