Canned URL List shows a list of frequently used URLs. To delete a canned URLs, select a URL from the list and click DEL. Use the up or down arrow button for moving selected URL up or down respectively. Double-click on the selected URL to receive its content in the input box for modification.

To add a new canned URL, select the type of URL and enter the URL in the New URL textbox and click Insert. For information on how to send a canned URL, see Visitor Chat Window -> Operator Side.
